Equiped with the latest DMG vertical machining centres 2D, 3D and 4th axis maching can be completed. All machines have Heidenhain control and compatable tooling allowing flexible production capacity.

With a machining envelope of X=1035 Y=560 Z=510 and the ability to utilise Iges, catia and dxf files a rapid response can be offered to satisfy customer demand.

Prototype, small batch, production runs or final machining fabrications / castings all requirements can be met.

CNC Turning

Ideally suited to small batch work our CTX 400 offers the facility to produce a quality product achieving grinding tolerances without the added cost and time. With a gun drilling attachment and a full range of boring, threading and grooving tools no job should be beyond our capability. Fitted with a 250mm chuck, 66mm through spindle and longitudinal travel of 600 mm .

Manual Machining

To complement our CNC facility we have a fully equiped manual machining facility for jig and tool work.
