Scragging

The recent design, build and commision of our torque testing machine allows the scragging or proof testing of components up to 600 mm long with torque or angle defined pre load. Components with pre loads of 2500 n/m twisted clock wise or counter clockwise can be tested. With live torque graph information and component specific torque / angle graphs being produced.

Torsion Springs / Roll Bars

Our in house machining facility can produce torsion springs or anti roll bars from maraging or titanium alloys. Assosciated manufacturing processes including heat treatment, shot peening and gear cutting are supplied by proven supply partners.

Splines can be produced by gear cutting, gear grinding or wire cutting.
